A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 23-23-270 so as to require any law enforcement officer employed by the State, county, or municipality, who voluntarily resigns within twenty-four months after being sent to the Criminal Justice Academy for training, to reimburse the entity on a pro rata basis that paid for all costs incurred as a result of the training and to provide an exception.
