    A Bill to amend Section 12-27-1300, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Select Oversight Committee created to monitor funds generated from certain gasoline taxes and to oversee the establishment of priorities for the implementation of the Strategic Highway Plan for Improving Mobility and Safety, so as to add two members to the Committee, one of whom must be of a minority race to be appointed by the President of the Senate and one of whom must be a female appointed by the Speaker of the House.
