A Bill to amend Section 56-3-1150, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to free registration and license plates for prisoners of war, so as to provide that a surviving spouse may retain the license plate and all the privileges incident to it for life or until remarriage and to provide that their children may retain the plate as a memento when the vehicle on which it was attached is transferred.
