    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO MEMORIALIZE THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS TO ENACT ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS OF LAW THAT WOULD FURTHER REGULATE THE AMOUNT OF VIOLENCE, DRUGS, SEX, AND INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE AND BEHAVIOR ON TELEVISION WHICH CAN BE EXPECTED TO BE SEEN BY CHILDREN.
