    A Bill to amend Section 29-15-90, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the lien of laundries, dry cleaning establishments, and other establishments engaged in the cleaning or alteration of personal property, so as to delete the requirement that the mail, required to be sent to the person leaving the property at the establishment before the property may be sold, be registered with return receipt requested.
