    A Bill to amend Section 11-9-880, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Board of Economic Advisors' forecasts of economic conditions, adjustments to those forecasts, review of General Fund revenue collections, and the Board of Economic Advisors' report to the Budget and Control Board, so as to provide what the February fifteenth final forecast, and subsequent adjustments, cannot exceed.
