H 2237 General Bill, By Wilkins
    A Bill to amend Section 21-15-1640, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the time when actions may be commenced against executors or administrators, the time when claims are barred, and notice of disallowance of claims, so as to provide that when a claim has been filed and disallowed, an action to enforce the claim must be brought within sixty days of notice of disallowance instead of within six months of notice of disallowance.
