    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 6-9-110, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE INAPPLICABILITY OF LOCAL ORDINANCES TO CERTAIN STATE AND SCHOOL DISTRICT PROJECTS AND THE JURISDICTION OF DEPUTY STATE FIRE MARSHALS AND CERTIFIED STATE ENGINEER'S OFFICE OF THE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD PERSONNEL, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT SCHOOL DISTRICT PROJECTS ARE SUBJECT TO PERMIT OR LICENSE REQUIREMENTS TO COMPLY WITH LOCAL BUILDING STANDARDS IN ORDINANCES AND REGULATIONS.
