    A Bill to amend Section 56-5-2950, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to implied consent to a chemical test to determine the alcoholic content of blood, so as to provide that any person conducting the test is not liable for any claim for civil damages arising out of personal injury based on contract or tort.
