A Bill to amend Section 59-111-20, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to free tuition at state-supported colleges, universities and technical schools for children of certain veterans who have honorably served in a branch of the military service of the United States during a war period so as to provide that this free tuition must also be granted to children of these veterans who died while in service or from a disease or disability resulting from service regardless of whether or not the veteran served during a war period.
