    A Bill to permit the Calhoun County Council to use certain funds to pay appropriations for Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College, Calhoun County Mental Retardation Commission, including the L. Marion Gressette Child Development Center, and certain loan and interest as may be ordained by Calhoun County Council; to allow these funds to be disbursed by Calhoun County Council; and to require, among other things, that certain funds be used by the Calhoun County Museum to complete the building improvements to the museum building in progress.
