A Bill to amend Section 20-3-60, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to venue for actions for divorce and for separate support and maintenance, so as to provide that these actions may be tried in the plaintiff's county of residence if the defendant accepts service of process when the action is brought in the plaintiff's county of residence and does not move for a change of venue as provided by law.
