A Bill to amend Sections 20-7-1370 and 20-7-1410, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the election of family court judges, so as to provide that beginning in 1988, family court judges for a circuit must be elected by the qualified electors of the circuit in nonpartisan elections, and to provide for the manner in which the nonpartisan elections must be conducted.
