    A Bill to amend Chapter 1, Title 15, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to civil remedies and procedures, by adding Section 15-1-335 so as to require certain notice to be sent to persons in possession of a motor vehicle before the vehicle may be seized or repossessed by a lawful owner or creditor without instituting judicial action, and to provide exceptions.
