A Bill to amend Section 2-3-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the oath of office of members of the General Assembly, so as to provide that the oath of office to members of the General Assembly elected in a General Election must be administered to them at 11:00 a.m. on the Monday following the election by the Clerk of Court of their county of residence at the county courthouse.
