    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS FOR THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA BY ADDING SECTION 44-6-110 SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR REVOCATION OF A PERSON'S MEDICAID ELIGIBILITY UPON HIS CONVICTION FOR A VIOLATION OF SECTION 44-53-370 IF MEDICAID WAS USED TO PURCHASE THE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE OR UPON HIS CONVICTION FOR VIOLATION OF SECTION 44-53-395.
