A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 47-3-55 so as to require Pit Bull dogs and other breeds of dogs with an inbred instinct, or which are trained, to fight or attack to be kept in a fenced or other enclosure from which the animals may not escape and to provide penalties for violations.
