A Joint Resolution to provide that public schools, kindergarten and grades one through twelve, may not allow the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control to participate in any manner in the instruction in any courses relating to sex education or human sexuality until legislation is enacted regulating courses relating to the subject, to define participation, and to provide for principals to use utmost discretion in the selection and continuation of the courses.
