H 2383 General Bill, By D.L. Aydlette, J.D. Bradley and D.E. Winstead
    A Bill to provide that regulations in effect on the effective date of this Act are void on May 15, 1988, unless approved by the General Assembly prior to that date and to provide that regulations becoming effective without the approval of the General Assembly are void after sine die adjournment of the General Assembly in the second year following their effective date unless approved by the General Assembly prior to adjournment.
