    A Joint Resolution to dissolve the union between this State and other states of the United States of America after June 30, 1987, to terminate the jurisdiction of the United States in this State and dissolve obligations and oaths of allegiance of citizens of this State to the United States, to direct the Governor to appoint commissioners to negotiate for the disposition of federal property in this State, and to declare money of the United States of America legal tender for all public and private debts.
