A Bill to amend Section 56-5-2945, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to felony DUI, so as to provide that the driver's license of a person charged with felony DUI must be immediately revoked and he may not have his driver's privilege restored until he is exonerated, or if convicted of felony DUI, until eighteen months after he has completed his sentence.
