    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 44-7-72 SO AS TO REQUIRE HOSPITALS TO REPORT TO LAW ENFORCEMENT CRIMINAL CONDUCT THAT RESULTS IN INJURY TO A HOSPITAL PATIENT AND TO REQUIRE SUCH REPORT TO BE MADE NO LATER THAN TWELVE HOURS AFTER THE INCIDENT OCCURRED.
