    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 44-1-145 so as to provide that railroad camp cars are included in the eating and drinking establishments which the Department of Health and Environmental Control may regulate and to provide that the Department's Regulation R61-25 includes railroad camp cars as a food service establishment regulated by the Department.
