H 2461 General Bill, By D.E. Winstead
    A Bill to amend Section 11-35-1520, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the requirements for competitive sealed bidding under the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code so as to provide that contracts amounting to ten thousand dollars rather than two thousand five hundred dollars must be awarded by competitive sealed bidding.
