    A Bill to amend Chapter 31 of Title 33, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to nonprofit corporations generally by adding Section 33-31-180 so as to provide immunity from suit of directors, trustees, or members of governing bodies of electric cooperatives and not-for-profit corporations, organizations, and associations which are exempt from federal income taxation either under the provisions of Section 501(c)(3), (c)(6), or (c)(12) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and to provide exception to immunity.-amended title
