    A Bill to amend Section 6-10-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions under the South Carolina Building Energy Efficiency Standard Act, so as to add further definitions; to amend Section 6-10-30, relating to the adoption of the Building Energy Efficiency Standard and the effect on state and local regulations, so as to provide additional standards for new residential homes and to provide recommended standards for manufactured homes; and to amend Section 6-10-70, relating to boards of adjustment and appeals and the appeals procedure under the South Carolina Building Energy Efficiency Standard Act, so as to delete certain language, including reference to "log buildings".
