    AN ACT TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING ARTICLE 5 TO CHAPTER 2, TITLE 30 SO AS TO ENACT THE "LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONAL INFORMATION PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT", TO GIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS THE OPTION OF MAKING PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION HELD BY STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENTS CONFIDENTIAL AND NOT SUBJECT TO DISCLOSURE, AND TO PROVIDE LIMITED EXCEPTIONS, TO PROVIDE RELATED PROCEDURES FOR EXERCISING THIS OPTION, AMONG OTHER THINGS; TO PROVIDE THE SOUTH CAROLINA CRIMINAL JUSTICE ACADEMY SHALL CREATE A FORM FOR USE BY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS WHEN REQUESTING NONDISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION, AND TO SPECIFY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE FORM; BY ADDING ARTICLE 7 TO CHAPTER 2, TITLE 30 SO AS TO ENACT THE "JUDICIAL PERSONAL PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT", TO GIVE ACTIVE OR FORMER MEMBERS OF THE JUDICIARY THE OPTION OF MAKING PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION HELD BY STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENTS CONFIDENTIAL AND NOT SUBJECT TO DISCLOSURE, TO PROVIDE LIMITED EXCEPTIONS, AND TO PROVIDE RELATED PROCEDURES FOR EXERCISING THIS OPTION, AMONG OTHER THINGS; AND TO PROVIDE SOUTH CAROLINA COURT ADMINISTRATION SHALL CREATE A FORM FOR USE BY ACTIVE OR FORMER MEMBERS OF THE JUDICIARY WHEN REQUESTING NONDISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION, AND TO SPECIFY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE FORM. - RATIFIED TITLE
