H 2536 General Bill, By House Labor, Commerce and Industry
A Bill to prohibit any attempt by a physician or other person charged with rating physical impairments under the Workers' Compensation Law (Title 42, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976) to devise or determine, or to substitute for the impairment rating, a disability rating; and to require physical impairment ratings to follow and be in accordance with some competent and recognized standard or guide for the rating of impairments as prescribed by the Workers' Compensation Commission.
