    A Bill to amend Section 12-35-720, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the accommodations tax, so as to increase the number of members of advisory committees from not less than five to seven and to provide that on county advisory committees, citizens of the area where the majority of the revenue derived from the tax reside may be included in the majority membership requirement except in counties where distributions of the tax exceed collections in which case a majority of the members may not reside in any one area.-amended title
