    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 25-11-25 SO AS TO REQUIRE, BEGINNING WITH FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000, THAT APPROPRIATIONS BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO VETERANS' ORGANIZATIONS INCLUDE AN APPROPRIATION IN A LIKE AMOUNT AND UNDER THE SAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO THE VIETNAM VETERANS OF AMERICA, INC., AND TO REQUIRE THIS APPROPRIATION BE IN ADDITION TO FUNDS PREVIOUSLY APPROPRIATED FOR VETERANS' ORGANIZATIONS.
