    A Bill to amend Section 59-63-50, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to fingerprinting of school pupils so as to provide that fingerprints may be made part of the pupils permanent school record only if requested in writing by his parents or guardians, to provide for their transfer to the parents or guardians if not so requested.
