    A Joint Resolution to provide that the names, addresses, and all other identifying characteristics of persons named in reports of child abuse or neglect that are unfounded by the Department of Social Services before January 1, 1993, may be used only for auditing and statistical purposes and must be destroyed immediately after this use of the information.
