H 2624 General Bill, By Fair
    A Bill to amend Section 56-5-1210, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the duties of a driver involved in an accident resulting in death or personal injury, so as to provide that the provisions of the Section also apply to accidents where any vehicle has sustained damage and to increase the penalties for violating the provisions of the Section, and to repeal Section 56-5-1220, relating to the duties of a driver involved in an accident which results only in damage to a vehicle
