    A Bill to amend Section 6-11-280, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to a penalty for interfering with sewers, waterworks, and drainage facilities of political subdivisions, so as to include the sewers, waterworks, and drainage facilities of special purpose districts within the penalty provisions and increase the monetary penalty from one to two hundred dollars; and to amend Section 16-13-385, relating to altering, tampering with, or bypassing electric, gas, or water meters, so as to increase the monetary penalty for a first offense violation from one hundred to two hundred dollars.
