H 2642 General Bill, By R.S. Corning, W.N. Cork and J.C. Hearn
    A Bill to amend Chapter 5 of Title 56, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to traffic regulations, by adding Article 49 so as to require an occupant of a motor vehicle to wear a properly fastened safety belt when the occupant is at least four years of age but not yet sixteen years of age, to provide exceptions, and to provide penalties for violations.
