A Bill to require political candidates to post a cash bond of twenty-five dollars for each county in which they are candidates to guarantee the removal of political posters and campaign literature within thirty days after the election, to provide for the refund of the bond if an affidavit is filed with the bondholder that signs have been removed and to provide forfeiture of bonds when no timely affidavit is filed and the distribution of the bond proceeds for the purpose of sign removal.
