A Concurrent Resolution to express concern over the increasing violence against and abuse of women and children in today's society, to recognize the evening of Wednesday, April 22, 1987, as "Take Back the Night", the occasion of a citizens rally at 8:00 p.m. at the State House to draw attention to this contemptible conduct, and to authorize the use of the House chamber for the rally in case of inclement weather.
