    A BILL TO AMEND SECTIONS 38-73-736 AND 38-73-737 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO DRIVER TRAINING COURSE CREDIT TOWARD LIABILITY AND COLLISION INSURANCE COVERAGE, TO PROVIDE THAT PREMIUM RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A COURSE CREDIT AFTER AN INITIAL SIX HOUR DRIVER TRAINING AND SAFETY COURSE, AND TO ALLOW FOR A FOUR HOUR REFRESHER COURSE EVERY THREE YEARS.
