    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 12-36-925 so as to allow municipalities to impose an additional sales tax not exceeding two percent on accommodations for transients and to provide that the revenue from this additional tax must be remitted to the municipality and must be used for "tourism-related expenditures".
