    A Bill to amend Subarticle 3, Article 7, Chapter 7, Title 20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the identification of abused and neglected children, by adding Section 20-7-535 so as to provide that in a family court hearing proof of the respondent's abuse or neglect of one child is admissible evidence on the issue of the abuse or neglect of any other child for which the respondent is a person responsible for that child's welfare.
