    A Bill to amend Section 42-15-60, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to periods within which medical treatment and supplies shall be furnished as part of workmen's compensation benefits, so as to provide that prosthetic devices shall be furnished to an injured employee with a total and permanent disability throughout the life of such employee and to persons with partial permanent disability for life or so long as they are necessary.-at
