    A Concurrent Resolution to fix 12:00 noon on Wednesday, May 6, 1987, as the time for electing members of the Board of Trustees for South Carolina State College, the State College Board of Trustees, and the Wil Lou Gray Opportunity School Board of Trustees, and members of the Board of Visitors for the Citadel to succeed those members whose terms expire in 1987, and to elect a member to fill the unexpired portion of the term of the trustee vacancy at South Carolina State College.
