S 0283 General Bill, By Giese
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Sections 4-9-115 and 5-7-255 so as to provide that all meetings of a county governing body and a municipal governing body must be conducted within the county or municipality, respectively, in order for the members of the governing body to receive compensation, expenses, mileage, or subsistence for the meetings and for the county or municipality to pay for any other related costs of the meetings.
