A Concurrent Resolution expressing the support of the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina for development of the resources of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) Coastal Plain to provide for future United States energy needs and to reduce the dangerous overdependence on oil imports, and urging Congress to act expeditiously to enact ANWR development legislation and to reject proposals providing for permanent bans on oil and natural gas leasing on the coastal plain.
