A Bill to amend Article 5 of Chapter 1 of Title 59, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to education and miscellaneous provisions, by adding Section 59-1-415 so as to provide that fifty percent of the unused sick leave of any full-time employee of the public schools, up to forty-five days, must be treated upon retirement of the employee as unused annual leave at retirement for purposes of receiving the termination pay provided for in Section 9-1-10.
