    A Bill to amend Section 59-20-40, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the annual allocation to each school district for the operation of its foundation program so as to provide for the level of compensatory and remedial programs in the General Appropriations Act by allocating the funding of weighted pupil increments by establishing additional orders of priority and to revise the grade levels within the order of priorities.
