    A Bill to amend Article 9 of Chapter 13 of Title 8, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to campaign practices, by adding Sections 8-13-700 through 8-13-720 so as to regulate campaign practices, prohibit personal use of campaign funds, provide for distribution of surplus funds, and prohibit contributions in the name of another.
