    A Bill to amend Section 7-7-80, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to voting precincts in Anderson County, so as to delete specific references to precincts in Anderson County and to provide that precinct names, precinct lines, and polling places are as shown on maps filed with the Clerk of Court of Anderson County, the State Election Commission, and the Division of Research and Statistical Services as of October, 1983, to require written descriptions to be filed with the maps, and to amend Act 342 of 1982, so as to provide that the Anderson County Planning and Development Board is the submitting office for obtaining Justice Department approval of the changes in the Anderson County Voting Precinct Statutes.-amended title
