    A Joint Resolution proposing an amendment to Section 9 of Article III of the Constitution of South Carolina, 1895, relating to sessions of the General Assembly, so as to delete obsolete language and limit the annual session of the General Assembly to forty legislative days unless extended by a vote of three-fourths of the members elected to both Houses.
