    A Bill to amend Act 318 of 1965, as amended, relating to the Cherokee Springs Fire District in Spartanburg County, so as to authorize the Board of Fire Control for the District to borrow a maximum of one million dollars instead of a maximum of two hundred thousand dollars; and to prohibit an increase in fees or ad valorem taxes in excess of the ten mills currently authorized without a favorable vote of the resident electors of the District.-amended title
